Leveraging the perspective taking power of VR, Praxis Labs gives employees the opportunity to encounter barriers to equity or inclusion. Employees go through the scenario from both the perspective of someone experiencing the incident of bias and as a bystander or someone complicit in the incident. Learners then decide how they want to respond and practice showing up as a conscious and inclusive leader. These immersive experiences build empathy and also help employees develop a repertoire of responses for when incidents inevitably happen.
